The Congregational Church Of Manhasset Presents “Are You an Optimist or a Pessimist?”

The Congregational Church of Manhasset will host a free workshop on March 17th at 11:30 AM titled Are You an Optimist or a Pessimist: How we think about bad events matters, presented by family therapist Dr. Gisele Kehl. Workshop topics will include the benefits of optimism, can one learn to be more optimistic, and gratitude exercises.

Dr. Gisele Kehl is a licensed clinical psychologist in private practice. She offers individual and family therapy to help with stress and relationship issues. Dr. Kehl earned both an M.A. and a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Hofstra University. And a B.A. in Psychology from C. W. Post College.
