Syosset Library Hosts Children’s Programs

This month, Syosset Public Library is hosting programs for children of all ages.

On June 1, the library put on a “Chalk the Walk” event. The event was held in the library parking lot. Children ages 3 and up showcased their art skills and imagination for a day of creativity and fun.

On June 6, the Children’s Room hosted a celebration for National Donut Day. Children ate donuts, watched a story book movie titled Arnie the Doughnut and made a dessert-themed craft with Miss Amy.

The Syosset Public Library hosts programming designed for children, including storytimes, movie screenings, board games, crafting activities and more. For more information on children’s programming, visit
