ScienceStock
Over the last three years, the Science Museum of Long Island has been at the forefront of combining entertainment with education and fun for the whole family through our Live at Five Outdoor Concert Series. This year, building upon the success of our Live at Five Series we’re elevating this experience with “ScienceStock”. Inspired by the iconic Woodstock, ScienceStock offers a unique blend of nature immersion, hands-on scientific exploration, conservation education, and continuous live music performances by three to four bands, and an assortment of food trucks and beer and wine. Scheduled from 1 pm to 6 pm at the picturesque Leeds Pond Preserve overlooking Manhasset Bay. These events are designed not only as a source of entertainment but also as a platform for promoting educational opportunities focused on science education, nature exploration, conservation, and sustainable practices that can be integrated into daily life.
